To determine potential rental income for on-site resident storage, follow these steps:
- Click the link “Find Rates in Your Area”.
- Enter your property address in the search bar.
- Select a unit size that you would likely consider for your facility (we recommend selecting 5’x5′- most properties install storage units that are primarily 16-24 square feet).
- Scroll down to see aggregated fees for nearby storage facilities. The closest storage facilities will be the most accurate representation of pricing.
Our experience shows that properties may be able to charge a premium above the rates offered by nearby storage facilities, depending on the convenience and value of on-site resident storage.
