The Challenge
Amplifi Apartments were built in 2019 in the lovely Fullerton, California. The buildings are 4 stories high with 290 units. They have studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments. This is a modern, upbeat community that wants to offer its tennants the most that it can, including a safe and secure place to store their extra belongings.
The Outcome
In 2020 Bradyl installed 44 brand new storage units on the property. The units vary in size so the amount to rent them out is between $50 per month for the smaller ones, and up to $200 per month for larger ones.
