Residential Storage Alternative

The Challenge

Home Properties, the developer of this new Class A apartment complex, desired a more private storage cage system than the standard wire mesh partitions typically used in new construction.

The Bradyl Solution

Bradyl professionals introduced the developer’s representatives to an alternative enclosed product. After seeing the storage system in use, the developer modified the architect’s specifications for wire mesh partitions and opted to install enclosed storage units instead. We then met with the team for pre-construction planning and ordered and installed materials per the required timeline. After seeing the results, Bradyl was contracted to complete additional work at the property.

The Outcome

Storage units are renting quickly. Prospective residents regularly ask about the availability of extra storage when inquiring about apartment rental and appreciate the large storage unit sizes.
