The Challenge
The Novel Midtown Phoenix apartment complex is located in the historic Encanto neighborhood of Phoenix, Arizona. The property has studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. It is six stories tall with 345 units. In order to accommodate the tenants with more luxury and convenience there was a need to install adequate on-site storage.
The Outcome
Bradyl installed a total of 40 units onto the property. Renters pay $75 per month for the small units and $100 per month for the large units. What this means is that there will be at least a $3,000 per month income from the bins if all of them are rented out.
