The Bromwell

The Challenge

The Bromwell Apartments are located in beautiful Denver Colorado. They have one, two, and three bedroom apartments. The building is 8 stories tall and has 170 units. Denver is an active community and the tenants have a need for adequate on-site storage space.

The Outcome

Bradyl installed a total of 61 units onto the property. The smallest of the bins are 5×5 and the tenants pay $50 per month to rent. There is currently a waitlist for bins that are 5×8 and 5×10. The total monthly income for these bins has not yet been determined, however, since there is a waiting list for the larger storage bins, it shows that the tenants are renting and want more bins.
